3rd Culture's furniture collection is designed by Zeynep L. Rende and hand made in local workshops using locally sourced woods, by local artisans. The Kili armchair is inspired by Mount Kilimanjaro's glorious peak; while the Fela bookshelf celebrates Fela Kuti's influential music. Other forms are informed by alphabets, symbols and instruments encountered during the team's travels and research. Also featured is a unique range of vintage chairs which have been re-created with a 3rd Culture accent.
