Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please let us know why our products did not meet your expectations and inform us before sending it back. Your original order's shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the Items returned will be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, it is important that your parcel is securely sealed so that it is returned undamaged with all returned items present. 

Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment. If this is no longer possible, an online voucher will be issued instead.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address by marking clearly on the package that it is a RETURN (IADE) item to avoid any extra customs taxes. Please inform us by email that you are sending a return item including a tracking number for the return shipment, otherwise we will not be able to process your request.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Any custom charges that may occur on the returns are the customer's responsibility. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
